Volunteer Profile Registration
All volunteers must create a volunteer profile before arriving on-site. Every volunteer that works at Best Friends is required to have a volunteer account. Please register at volunteers.bestfriends.org at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit. If you run into any issues making an account, email us at volunteernwa@bestfriends.org.
Parking Information & Carpooling
The Best Friends Pet Resource Center is located at 1312 Melissa Drive, Bentonville, AR 72712. Parking is
limited, so carpooling is recommended when possible.
Dress
Required: Closed-toe shoes, long pants (preferably a heavier weight like denim), no dangly earrings.
We recommend bringing a change of clothes if you are returning to work. Dress appropriately for the weather, as you may be asked to work outside.
Third Space Coffee
Third Space Coffee offers all volunteer groups a discount on bulk hot brewed coffee and bulk cold brew. To order, please text 812-325-3866 with the date and time of your volunteer group, how many containers you would like to purchase, and they will have it ready for you when you arrive. If you’d like to grab a cup just for yourself, Third Space Coffee is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through
Friday. They are closed on Mondays.
