Help keep the Festival running smoothly as part of the Vendor Support Team!
This team is essential to the success of both days of the NWA Pride Festival, assisting with vendor load-in, directing booth setup, and helping manage festival-related traffic around the event footprint. Each day features a different set of vendors.
The Friday Vendor Team works from 4:00 to 7:00 pm to welcome and organize vendors for Trans March and that evening’s Festival.
The Saturday Vendor Team is on from 7:30 to 11:30 am, supporting a new and expanded round of vendors as they load in and prepare for our primary festival day.
This opportunity is great for volunteers who are organized, energetic, and ready to help bring the Festival to life!
