Be the hero everyone didn’t know they needed—Captain Cool!
Arguably the most important role of the entire weekend, Captain Cool is our hydration champion. These volunteers ensure that water and ice are distributed and replenished throughout the Festival and Parade footprint, keeping attendees, vendors, volunteers, and performers safe, cool, and hydrated. You’ll be on the move—checking in on key stations, hauling ice like a legend, and making sure no one overheats while celebrating Arkansas' largest Pride event.
A valid driver’s license is required, as you’ll need to operate a small vehicle to deliver supplies across the event footprint.
This role is perfect for someone energetic, dependable, and ready to save the day—one bottle of water at a time.
